Monthly Challenge #39 Going Batty

Good Day Scrappers,


In Connie's words: "It's October! I love October! I love the change in the weather, the smells, the colors, the kiddies in costumes, the candy! Yes I love October! I thought I would bring some Halloween fun to my challenge this month!"

My Challenge this month is:



Connie wants you to create any type of project you'd like and 
be sure to include a bat. Now this does not have to be a Halloween bat.
There are other bats...just think outside the box!

Now some details about my own project:

I made this layout to portrait my son's second Halloween. It is 8x8 and I am displaying it in a 8x8 display stand I got from Michaels a while ago. You can image how behind I'm with my scrapbooking, he is now 8 yo... ;-)

Here is a close up: 

I used some of my stash: Karen Fosters adorable 8x8 paper pack. 

K& Co borders (picture here is from the internet), These borders are adorable and have a lot of sparkle, which is not really shown in my picture.

And some Bats glitter tape from Recollection, also from my stash.

  1. What a wonderful LO and those pumpkins with the mouth stitching are awesome sauce! It's okay to be behind in scrapbooking. Lol! And the bats are spooktacular! TFS!~Niki
